Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions carried out on the agoni.eu website.

ARTICLE 1 — SELLER

Agoni, an individual residing at 5 rue de Châteaudun, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS

The products offered are clothing items described on the product pages of the website. Agoni undertakes to present the essential characteristics of the products with the greatest possible accuracy.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Agoni reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDER

Validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order placed on agoni.eu constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and Agoni.

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT

Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Shopify Payments platform. Banking data is encrypted and never stored by Agoni.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 4 to 7 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery is provided in France and throughout Europe. In case of delay, Agoni cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return costs are borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

ARTICLE 8 — LIABILITY

Agoni cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

ARTICLE 9 — DISPUTES

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any judicial recourse. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 10 — PERSONAL DATA
